Teflon is widely used both indoors and outdoors.
The scope of such a fabric is extensive, but it is usually chosen for rooms that are most prone to pollution and humidity: kitchens, bathrooms, showers, open terraces, verandas.
Another area of application for Teflon fabric is as a cover for an ironing board.
Teflon not only gets dirty a little, but also reflects heat, thereby improving the quality of ironing.
The fabric acquires its properties due to a combination of acrylic impregnation and Teflon coating.
Water and dirt repellent duck fabrics have excellent consumer characteristics and a lot of advantages:
At the same time, guests see in front of them the most beautiful natural tablecloths, napkins, paths in perfect condition.
One of the advantages of fabrics with Teflon impregnation is ease of care and preservation of appearance with frequent use.
All this does not negate compliance with several rules for using such textiles:
– first rule:
It is better to eliminate the consequences of spilling liquids immediately. As soon as you notice a stain on the tablecloth, gently blot any liquid with a soft cloth, paper or cloth. No traces of liquid will remain, you will not get dried spots that have to be soaked.
– second rule:
If you notice spilled liquid or food residues that have dried up late, do not use abrasive products, aggressive detergents that can damage the integrity of the Teflon layer. It is enough to moisten the stain with warm water, a cloth or microfiber cloth, wipe off food or liquid residues, wipe the cloth with a clean damp cloth, then dry with a cloth.
– the third rule:
Try not to wash the product from the dirt-repellent duck fabric too often. After about six washes, the Teflon coating will begin to thin, lose integrity, the fabric will become more soiled, and it will be more difficult to wash it.
